Crispy Honey-Soy Air Fryer Salmon Bites
Ingredients
2 fillets keta salmon
4 tbsp corn flour
6 tsp water
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp paprika
6 tbsp panko breadcrumbs
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp sriracha
Juice of 1/2 lime
1 pouch rice
Cucumber salad
1/2 cucumber, sliced
3 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp sugar
Method
1. Slice the salmon into chunks.
2. Prepare two bowls. In the first, mix 2 tbsp
cornflour with the water, garlic granules, and
paprika. In the second, add the panko
breadcrumbs and seasoning.
3. Coat the salmon in the cornflour mixture, then
press into the breadcrumb mix and coat
evenly.
4. Place the salmon in an air fryer and cook for
10-12 minutes, or until crispy.
5. While the salmon cooks, prepare the sauce by
combining sesame oil, honey, sriracha, lime
juice, and soy sauce. Cook over medium heat
until sticky.
6. Mix the cucumber with rice vinegar and sugar
to lightly pickle.
7. Plate up the salmon bites with the sauce,
cooked rice and pickled cucumber.
