Wild Alaska Salmon Cheesesteak


• Mayonnaise 1.5 cups
• Lemon juice .25 cup
• Black Pepper, freshly ground 2 tsp.
• Extra Virgin Olive Oil 4 Tbsp.
• Green Bell Pepper, julienne .75 lb.
• Red Bell Pepper, julienne .75 lb.
• Onions, julienne .75 lb.
• Alaska Canned Salmon, 4 cans (14.75 oz. ea.) drained and flaked
• Old Bay®Seasoning 1 Tbsp.
• Cheese of Choice, (Provolone, 24 each
• Cheddar, American etc.) sliced
• Hoagie Roll, split 12 each


Combine Mayonnaise, lemon juice, and pepper. Hold covered under refrigeration until needed.

One Serving:

Toast Hoagie roll. Spread Hoagie roll top and bottom with 2 Tbsp. of lemon mayonnaise. Heat olive oil and sauté 1 oz. green bell peppers, 1 oz. red bell pepper, and 1 oz. onions until softened. Add 4 oz. salmon and ¼ tsp. Old Bay Seasoning, heat through.

Top with 2 slices of cheese. Place on prepared Hoagie Roll.
Cut on the bias and serve.
